Ok, im looking for general advice really as I want to use my skills to make some money! I have already spoken to a couple of people about this but was wondering what u guys think! It would basically be me offering pc hardware support and upgrades! I would do it from home and offer it to local people by advertising locally too! Just really looking for advice and I cant think of any original names, so help me with that! And what useful customer satisfying tips do u have? Cos its all about satisfying them obviously!
I could write forever on this subject but I won't because I'm half asleep. I did make a post on this subject a while back, but I can't seem to find it at the moment. Firstly it's a great idea. Secondly, I don't use a name I just have my own name on my business cards, as do my 'competitors' (I use that term loosely ). Customer satisfying tips - be friendly, even more friendly, confident, competent, fast + efficient. Nothing is too much trouble, whatever they want you will deliver. Don't try and sell people something they don't want. That's about all I can think of but I'll expand on this in the morning. Good luck ! Edit: Just found the link to my thread - it's here .
