chetinu systems ? Unitech backwards (edit with a change to make it pronounceable, lol)...

Or you can throw some french in there, unitheque (looks a little bit like "unethical" though, maybe remove the h)

Can't really help too much at the moment but...

The shorter the name the better, and a made up word (as suggested above) or one which would both have very little other search engine results and allow you to get a decent domain.

Build a brand out of it.

Not bad, not bad at all. I definitely agree with keeping it as unique as possible for domain purposes and ensure it's unique to me unlike the existing name!

"Fibre Optic Happy Snappy Supersonic Jargon Wagon".

Covers everything, haven't checked if it's already registered though. :D

The are certain words that make a business sound soulless, which as a small business I don't think would help you, for example Uni, systems, solutions etc all sound tired and generic. They may sound professional, but they are hardly inspired. (This is an interesting read: http://seattletimes.com/html/businesstechnology/2011688668_bttechnames26.html)

You do however need something that conveys the type of business that you are, so it is tricky.

My business name is Native (it is a language school) - and the logo is the name in a speech bubble. The colours used are those used in the UK and USA flags. Kind of says it all very concisely in my opinion. I came up with my name quite quickly and my brother designed my logo ( I am very lucky as he is a very highly recognized designer and web design and web standards professional, he would normally charge upwards of £1k for the work I got for free).

But if you like the Uni bit then how about something like a name and a tag line, for example:

    Unique3
    Hardware, Software and System Solutions

I know I'm not helping, but this randomly generated buzzword gem could really be the springboard your business needs!

    Bird-Dog sexy e-services

On a more serious note, I do like the sound of Unitech and Unimage.

Apparently a Trinicorn is a 3-horned unicorn. Or playing on your user name, we get Unithorn, which is a name that doesn't turn up too many search engine hits (it's an enemy in an obscure Mario game).

I like Big Dog Sexy e-services though :D

What does everyone think of Sentam Systems/Sentam Racing/Sentam Photography? It's a word created from some of the letters in my name.

    Sounds not bad.

A quick idea: UniCEN (as for Computer, Electronics, Networks) followed by Engineering, Photography, Racing and so on
