Motors Buying a car

    Thanks. It's a 57 plate first registered in Dec 07. The MOT that the seller included as part of the deal has worked in my favour. It needed new bushes to pass.

    I've not got it yet as a result. Hopefully tomorrow.

    Looks like a sound choice, Volvos are safe and reliable and if you are careful you should be able to sell it in a few years for not much less. Can be a little expensive to maintain should something go wrong, but with Volvos that is unlikely.

    Did they do the bushes before the MOT?

    Thanks. No it failed the MOT due to the brushes. Therefore they have to replace them for it to pass.
