Windows Bypassing Novell Login on NT

i have this computer, and i need to get past the Novell login on the computer. the computer is a Silicon Graphics System and it has Windows NT. I need to get past the log in screen, but the system is not on the network with the log in names. So how can i get into windows??

 

Is there a Workstation Only checkbox on the screen? If so, tick it and try logging directly into Windows. Or, open the additional options and set the Windows username to something like Administrator or whatever user is on the PC that you know the password to. It should let you in if it can't find a Netware server.
