Heh, sure thing. :) Stamped address envelope too...

The first paragraph holds true if a little overly sarcastic. I was just stirring the pot with the second one, it's my nature to do so.

well naturally there is a huge skill gap between the xbox and PC, its harder to be as precise on the xbox with aiming and firing - I was a very, very, good (league) player in MW1 on the PC - On the xbox I'm pretty decent as well, but I'm sure if my PC gamer self met my xbox gamer self in MW2 I would bash my xbox player's head in about 500 times over.

I went from Xbox to PC on CoD4 and instantly I was doing twice as well as I was doing on PC.

Xbox is easier for every game, no idea why.

Maybe you are just better with a pad? Or worse with a mouse?

Had some great games last night, had to giggle at a one person, shot him ran into room, placed claymore at door, shot someone out the window, heard bang :)

Which brings me to my next question, claymore, where to place them? In the door way just round the corner? Top of ladders? etc

Exactly yes. Round corners but not directly around them. Give them some space so that the person flying around the corner doesn't have time to duck around said corner again before they go off. Ladders is good but again, a little way back from the edge so people cannot duck back and avoid the explosion. Basically snuff out those places with lots of traffic and throw it down in a not to visible spot and some numpty will eventually step on it.

PS: I hate (good) claymore users with a passion. :)

Towards the end of my session last night I was getting a few more claymore kills, and even a double kill with one :D

Would a danger close perk improve claymore power?

Yes its an explosive. Danger close is good at killing those people who 'just' set off the claymore but don't normally die.

I also love C4, I stick it on the ceilings as no one looks up there to check for it.

Just inside a doorway and on the path that anyone entering is likely to take is where I leave my claymores. It's so satisfying to get a kill from nowhere, especially if you forget that you leave them around
