When looking into this myself I have noticed that there are 2 ways of doing this. If you stream video, you have to use something like the realnetworks servers and software called realproducer. I am not sure if they charge for this, but they did not before. The cheaper, but not as good option is using a web cam prog that takes pics at intervals, then uploads them to a site via ftp. You then have to write a refresh script into the site to see the pics change. This is free with sofware you can get off download.com. Most companies that stream video charge an arm + a leg! :D

Webcam32 is supposed to be really easy to use. I am assuming you have read through all the help documentation.

Streaming is hard to get working on Webcam32. It's not really streamed either, it just pushes a new image to the viewer's browser.

Well I use to have my own cam running a while back, I wasnt doing full video streams though, 2 second image caps was enough for me. If you have a cable connex you can host that yourself.

For the video stuff you can get Java applets (similar to those found on porn sites) that you can stream directly to them and they broadcast to the world.
