Well, I slipped and hit my arm on a piece of metal that had just been cut by a torch and needless to say I have a nice purty blister. A small bit of skin is gone on 1/4 of the blister. Can I use superglue to cover that portion of rawness? I know I could've used if the skin were still there flapping around...

Man I wish I had a camera. It looks awesome! Nasty, but awesome nonetheless. :)

Well you could but I doubt it would spead up the healing process :D

Sounds like a nasty burn you have there. I would just leave it well alone, maybe put Germoline (or similar) on it. You'll probably have some nice battle scars to show for it though :hehe:

it doesn't hurt much. Nowhere near as bad as it hurt for that fraction of a second. :hehe:
My thought was that I'm going to take a shower and superglue would allow me to take a nice hot shower w/o pain :D

They use it to seal cuts instead of stitches at some hospitals. Should not kill you.

    Shouldn't

Once in highschool i picked my scab and it started to bleed. i made a new synthetic scab by using tipex. cant say it harmed me in any way.

    lol. Great ideas everyone.

    I couldn't find my superglue though. :(
I was surprised, the hot water didn't effect the raw skin. seems odd...

should I cut just past the wound? Or go all the way up to the elbow? Or perhaps even the shoulder?

I wonder if it would be possible to write something up that would post one time every day, so that if something did go wrong, everyone would still remember me :D
