Okay as you can see i'm missing some paint on my Chieftec big tower. The big one is a dremel wound (yes i did use masking tape), the small ones... i have no idea what those are but they're nasty. I want to sell this to finance my new rig.

Can i repair this without having to repaint the whole thing?

EDIT: Looks like i'll have to clean that radiator too, eh?

Since the texture isn't smooth you could probably get away with just dabbing some black paint in the holes. The scratch will probably be visible if you know it's there, but at least it will be less visible.

You should try to mix a matching color, though. (Cases are rarely completely black) Some black and white/gray paint and a bit of patience should do it.

It may be a good idea to scrape that rust out first as well.

Yeah this is most definitely NOT black. It's a sort of greenish brownish gray.

I'm starting to think that a complete refinish is the only option. Even if i get some paint shop to mix this color for me i don't know how i could get any closer to actually repairing it.

Off to get some rattle cans.

Sand and paint maybe is the better fixing. Unless you want to put them some vinyl adhesive.

You can get some touch up paint, but honestly, go get some sandpaper and some paint. Its a good reason to start a log on BT! :p

If you were going to paint it, you may as well just paint the entire thing a sexy colour like green or something crazy like that. It's a fairly cheap but effective mod that could add an interesting selling point.

if you want to pain it just paint it metalic black.
did it with my chieftec case too.

just painting the spots without having color difference will be hard.
you have to look specificly for the right type of paint.
