I know Eagle can be a pain to figure out initially (so many choices!), but try this tutorial

It does an excellent job of walking you through not only making a schematic with Eagle, but also some of the quirks of the program itself. I know it helped me!

    can somebody check this ??

well i've been working with a friend in auto CAD and came up with this. and i think it is correct but im posting it to be proffread. it will be powered by a molex plug( upper left, the four pads). and all potentometers and LEDs will be hooked up by some headers. the one spot on the board were u see traces over traces will be bridged by a resistor (R2).

Ok if this is a fan bus, please tell me you aren't trying to power it off the usb bus. 4 fans is a bit much for USB's 500mA. Plus USB is only 5v, and that barely runs most fans. Or are you just using the USB style plug for powering the board?

Hopefully it is just the latter.
