Graphics Can someone help me MOBO + Video not working right

    ok i got a new MOBO MSI K7T4V 8x agp and a EVGA GeForce 4 Ti4200 agp 128 8x ok i can install the drivers from the Cd beautifully but when i uninstall them delete the folders get the latest drivers the card flickers when booting it flickers once then when ur on windows it flickers twice. does it every boot up and restart. i dont no if i got the bios Setup right. I got all the latest drivers for my MOBO so im not sure what to do at this point
