    i recently bought a used HTPC PC . i put a new hard drive in it and loaded it with windows 7 32bit. i opened the task manger and i saw that it had 4 core atom processor. i dont thin its a bad thing its just that i want to know why it has 4 cores cause as far as i know there only dual core atoms:confused::confused::confused:

    Its cause its hyper threaded.

    Edit.

    Also it would be ideal to install a 64 bit OS on it and take advantage of that dual core.
