I bought a cheap digital piano. Its wounderfull and I bang on it in the evenings You got to have one good song in your onion bang in case your in front of a piano at a pub at some stage in life Whats another good song?
Old videogame songs, stuff like Legend Of Zelda (and the Ocarina tunes)... I know Enola Gay by OMD... and Eve Of The War from War Of The Worlds is worth learning as well
If you're a fan of Muse you should try learning some of their stuff, some are a lot easier to play than they sound, so you look extra impressive Try 'New Born' and 'Sunburn' (basically the same on the piano)
I can play one song on the piano, that's it. I have no intention of ever learning any more than that.
Used to be able to play some of Beethoven's moonlight sonata, not exactly a pub tune though Make days 25 hours long and I would try and learn some more
I can play quite a bit. I'm self-taught mostly but planning to attend lessons and do some royal academy piano grades eventually. My main focus is synthesizers, though. I still enjoy playing a good acoustic piano now and then, but I'm more inclined to rock out on a synth. Like so.
i haven't played in quite a bit, but was at grade 7 when i stopped, favourite piece was maple leaf rag... you should learn this........
I can play the entire FF7 soundtrack. In a pinch, that is. Normally I focus on the most memorable tracks. Also, I can do some synth stuff as well. Piano was required of music majors, and I was one for a while.
I can play* a couple of Push tracks (Strange World, etc..), PPK - Resurrection, a fair few Robert Miles tracks from the Dreamland album, and can generally pick up a tune by listening to it a few times. James bond theme is an easy one, so is the Terminator theme tune. *by play I mean I can get the tune out and you can tell what it is, but no chords and so on.
