    As the above I have sent two emails and had acknowledgment and the sentence "We aim to respond to you within 24 hours." Yet heard nothing. Any ideas on what to do next apart from cancel direct debit?

    Just for the sake of clarity: Is this regarding CustomPC?

    I ask because you've posted this in the Feedback forum, but CPC and bit-tech are no longer connected at all as far as I know.
