I have been trying my damndest, but I can't seem to get worm-rbot.cbq to run on my laptop...

I'm sort of new to running linux as a desktop, but I'm getting a little discouraged. Why aren't all my favorite spyware apps available either? Do I need to add microsoft's update site to my repository list in synaptic?

has anyone been able to get a virus to run on their linux PC? Or am I doomed to an active-x free/spyware free/virus free experience? :sigh:

Mabye you could just yank the battery out at random intervals, that'd simulate crashes. Course your file system would probably survive it, so you'd have to corrupt system files yourself.....

You know I think it'd be easier just to hit yourself with the laptop every few minutes, it'd have the same effect :naughty:

OneSeventeen, I needed the laugh! Thanks...

Of course, if you were serious, please do get help... ;)

I've been told that Adobe's Acrobat Reader for Linux has some sort of phone-home/spyware-ish capability, but I use Evince anyway!
