Has anyone tried the canon 520? is it good?
I was thinking to buy the a95 but then i saw the 520 and the only diferent thing i saw in the specifications was the 1 megapxl on a95 and from what i understand the a95 has a little better picture colors and etc. , on the other and the 520 has a better optical zoom and its lighter and smaller. Of course i'm not considering the multi-angle screen of the a 95 although it was the first thing i noticied on it...but i don't know if i'm willing to pay such a diference just because of the screen.

I also eard that there are some nice nikon cameras....so canon or nikon? i want to buy a camera within the same price range of 520....if "necessary" in the a95 price range but i don't want to buy a sonny camera since i think the memory cards for the sonny cameras are way to expensive! :thumb:

I've got a Nikon also (Coolpix 4300) and have to agree, the image quality and colour are excellent and it has some great features for the price.

If your willing to go for something like the A95, then my guess is that you've a budget of around £200, for that, my first choice would be the Fuji F10 (i have one ), seriously, read the reviews, it will not dissapoint . . .

Have used both extensively. canon and nikon are both good brands. canon come in cheaper, nikon by and large feel better built to me but they do cost more. cant beat canon on price really
