I have a MSI P67A-GD65, and for some reason I cannot get into the BIOS. Manual says press "Del". That does nothing. On start up it says to press "Ctrl M" which takes me to some screen that doesn't really help me. I have BIOS version 1.9 which MSI Live Update says is the current version. The only time I have been able to get into the new "click BIOS" was when I was installing Windows 7. Since then the only thing that works on start up is Ctrl M. What am I doing wrong? Am i just being an idiot and not pressing the right button?

Okay lets try the simple thing first, does your delete key actually work? Test it in windows!

Is it a USB keyboard or the old PS2 port? Tried continuously hitting the delete key during start up?

    I'd check this.

If the bios is setup not to recognise USB input (which you can change) then you'll need to use a keyboard with a PS2 connector AFAIK (or put the USB keyboard in the legacy black USB ports).

Edit: Saying that you may want to try the MSI forums, I think there have been issues with not being able to enter BIOS on some other MSI boards (GD55 ones).

Delete key works, checked it using calculator. Its PS2

On start up, it says to press Ctrl M to enter BIOS. When I do that it goes to old school BIOS. BUT, all that is there is a small little section under the category "Topology". I have two options here that I can choose from. 1 - HBA 0 : Marvell 0 and 2 - PD 0 : WDC(which I believe is a HDD option as i have one from Western Digital and WD5..... follows the WDC) All I can do here is hit ESC: Return or F10 to Exit/Save.

Going to check out the MSI forums on this as well but if anyone here knows whats going on that would help too. Thanks!
