    Mac Filtering

Why don't you just enable Mac filtering? Wep is worthless anyways to easy to be cracked.

Make sure you have the network key correct, my wireless network is encrypted using WEP and I have to admit it is not uncommon for the computers not to be able to connect to the router, even if it can see it.

Also make sure that the router is set up in the right mode - i.e. B and/or G.

i have a di-624+ and a gwl650+ for my laptop with wep enabled and mac filters. you shud be able to get it to work no problem. make sure you are typing the wep key correctly and that you have selected the right key number. I had loads of problems with my di-624 when i got it, the dlink firmware is the greatest on these routers. Id update my firmware again but i dont want to risk something else not workin. Ive heard that the USR firmware is good though

Make sure when you have your mac filtering enabled that you have Allow only these computers accesss instead of block computers with these addresses. Know what i mean? You may be blocking yourself out of the network.
