Not sure if there are any sim-racers on here, but it might be of interest, I suppose..

I finally got round to switching to three monitors on my man-cave racing-pc, and took a few photos and what-not afterwards.

    A terrible video:

(sorry for the bad pics and video, it was dark by the time I took them and without the flash it was a shakey-hand moment.. )

Between the "man/nerd cave project" thread, Rob's forged Evo rebuild thread and this... GD is just so full of win right now. I am extremely impressed with that setup! Care to post specs of it? I.e. what exactly went into the whole thing - or is that info elsewhere already?

    Rep for you :thumb:

Ah, it's nothing too serious really.

The main rig is a Nixim Polecat, and it's got a Fanatec GT2 + Clubsport Pedals bolted to it. I also have an SST shifter, and a little rev counter thing. The speakers are a cheap Logitech 5.1 setup. Oh, and a Buttkicker Gamer under the seat for added vibrations

    The PC is a I5 2500k, with 8gb ram and a 6970 2gb.

    =)

About £3.5k I suppose, but it's evolved over a few years from being a Logitech G25 bolted to a desk, to this setup. Next step is Motion.. =)

Awesome set up! Mind if I ask how much the seat and shifter were?

Canon will be loving this, I think he has something similar but can't be sure(in fact I think it uses a real car dashboard). I would love one of these in my place :)

Mental; with a few tweaks that would make the perfect 'normal' pc workstation too :D
