Modding Case Modding

Hi, I am new to the forum, so hi to everyone.

I am starting my first major mod with a server case.

Having read lots about preparation of surfaces on the case for painting and cutting etc I am happy with this part of the mod

However I would like to put a 5 - 7 inch touchscreen into the side of the case, I have seen a magazine article where the modder bought a screen from china with the vga connector supplied in the kit, I would like this to be touchscreen too,

Where can I buy a small LCD with supplied cables as a kit or just the LCD and then the cables, I know touchscreen can be USB on to an internal header, how does the LCD power and then display properly.

Sorry if this is basic stuff, I am just asking for help

I think I saw what you want. I think it was called mimo.

 

Touchscreen

That's the kind of thing I want but the lcd I have seen is a bare LCD with no mounting bracket, then some cables off the back of it that convert to VGA connector.
