Hi guys I've tried before to make a case mod before but I failed because I was a 14 and had no money.
and my parents didn't trust me with money. so now that I'm all grown up I want to mod a case to make it more portable for when I move houses which I do every year.

Basically I'm trying to fit this,

    Into this.

after I've mmade it smaller. I started with a fractal design core 1300, and marked and cut the areas I wanted gone.

and surprisingly I found this dremel knockoff for £40 at maplin.

Works pretty well. and didn't I think was capable of relatively straight cuts
    so long :dremel:
Also sorry for the piss poor image quality, I'm a peasant.

HA I think I could fit a mini-itx system in that gap, sadly you will soon disappear.

made some progress but will not post it yet. had bought some parts but sent to the wrong address. decided to make it shorter too. so did that next is figuring out the pieces of wood to cut out to reinforce the structure and will be using epoxy and wood screws to fix everything up. i find wood a lot easier to work with since I have made tables and **** like that in the past.
