Hi all, im looking for a case that has the MOBO rotated 90degrees (i.e. the fans blow air upwards).

I know silverstone do some cases like this but is there any other out there? Is there a particular name for these type.

I like the idea and would like a case like this, preferably spending no more than £50

    Cheers

There are others, but afaik the Silverstones' are the cheapest weighing in at between £150 - £200. You could try looking out for a second hand RV01 or RV02 if you're on a budget?

As STB said Look at Silverstone is possibly the cheapest I don't think there is a specific name for that type of case, google for Computer cases with 90 degree mobo's!

Yea but im not shelling out 150 on a case, i just thought there may be other companys but im not having much luck trying to find any.

Ill just need to go for a "normal" case, probably the antec 100

The least you'll be spending is just over £100 on a Silverstone FT03 or RV03. All of Silverstone's cases are great quality though and well worth the money.

Trust me spending the money on a decent case is worth it, I was going to go with a mid range case till I was told of the benifits of the one I have now. I paid £100 or so for mine, and whilst the fans make some noise the cooling it does is epci!

I thought I was brave spending £80 on a fractal r3 until I saw people on here with £200 cases... Then modding them :dremel:

Thats because those guys are hardcore. I am not even entertaining doing anything to my case. I am thinking of swapping the standard 932 front/side and top for the nVidia Green versions xD

Mmm well its just im not doing a complete overhaul atm, im gonna save for a good while before i splash out. Then ill probably get a decent one, just cant afford shelling out that much atm XD

The antec should do, my current case is really showing its age.
