Head Mounted Projectors are neat (if not a particularly new idea). The main drawback for lightness, high potential FoV, and unencumbered view, is the need to place retroreflective fabric in the environment where AR imagery is desired. This means it is easy to place imagery 'behind' in-world objects, but impossible to overlay in-world objects with imagery.

CastAR's current optical tracking solution leaves a LOT to be desired in terms of performance and tracking range (off-axis tracking). Coupled with Lighthouse, or a non-LoS system like STEM, would be preferable.
