well i starting the class right now wish me luck most of the stuff i understand please share any tips or secrets to help out
Secret: read the questions on the exams. Check & double check. Also keep a good journal, it won't let you down (i learned the hard way)
you think it is easy now. wait till you get to semester 3 and 4. my words of advice...read the chapters, do the quizzes, keep your nose to the wheel. it will pay off in the long run.
Journal? good idea, I didnt pay attention as much as I should of during Sem1, im probaly going to be skrewed when it comes to Sem2. Thats if i get to take it.
Barely used my journal for the duration of semester 1! but semester 2 wanted me to remember lots of little facts so it became used very often... try organising it so it makes sense because myn is totally muddled up and makes finding the right answer a very long process
i have sofar completed semester 1-3 and let me tell you sem 1 and 2 are a walk in the park sem 3 and 4 are like a shot in the face. Beware. i took it as part of my course at algonquin college, and well we had to do a case study, thats a bitch, and programming switches is more complicated than routers. and read evey question like a lawyer. but most importantly learn how to subnet correctly by hand before you get to sem 3, it will be an assest.
