Hey guys, I can't seem to use my cd burner (ive tried various programs including nero burn and adaptec, none of which work)
    I get the following error:
    SCSI Taret error

anyone know what the hell that is or what i should do? I should mention, that my cd writer is NOT SCSI in the first place=)

    Thanks, IvAn

More info is required i.e what os, cd burner etc?
But at a guess your on an ide system (although the error is scsi) and your on win2k/xp and need an aspi driver which you probably don't have and is causing your error, but of course I could be wrong.

Well, it is a Sony drive. My operating system is actually windows ME(yeah yeah, flame on lol), the burner worked on XP... so I dunno.... I'll try the ASPI.

*edit* I tried intsalling the aspi drivers off neros site for windows 95/98/ME and no luck, any other ideas?
