Did you get a special "metal cutting" blade for your jigsaw or just a generic fine bladed one? Also, how fine was the blade? Im begining to get sick of using the Dremel for ALL my metal cutting needs
Its was a metal cutting blade, its fine but not the finest Ive ever seen, it flies through it. It took me all of 3 mins to cut the CDRom shape, no lie. The blade was quite a good one from B&Q, think it was a bosch one, it would be about £5 but lasts a while, or if your on a tighter budget then Wilkinsons do some. A tip, Make sure you press down on the jigsaw with good pressure as it may jump otherwise and bend the metal. Also, set your jigsaw at the highest speed possible. Rusty Anymore questions, just ask
