Planning Cell phone case mod?

I am thinking of creating a custom body for an old cell phone I have laying around. I am trying to do some research before starting to get some ideas but I cant find to many scratch build cell phone mods. Has any one here seen anything like this? I did find one wooden cell from Russia but that's about it.

@Nexxo:Unfortunately I wont be modding a iPhone. (the cases on that site are sweet!)

I will be modding one of these.(see below) or a Blackberry 8700, the thought of making a cell phone body with a full qwerty keyboard scares me.(all the holes for the keys!) Plus the 8700 already looks good. I was hoping to find a razor or some other slightly new phone to mod but my SGH-e315 will have to do.
