Now it's time for some final version 1.0 pix

The result of some hours of modding:

And since you can't see that much on the first pic, i made one with flashlight on ;) (the bright stripes on the side are just some light reflexions from the flash...)

can we got some light here? Sure :)

    Frontview
    [IMG]

    Just another pic with flash
    [IMG]

And fo sure we got the same one without ;)

    Nice look from above

Guess what? Yes, same one with flash and this one looks really good ^^
    [IMG]

Here's my casebadge showcase ^^ behind the holes i installed the power and HDD activety led, but you just can see them when the frontlight is turned off.

    push me *gg*
    [IMG]

    and now some nightpix
    [IMG]

    the window(s)

oh, look it's an aqua computer cuplex on an athlon64 :D
    [IMG]

And now let's see how it looks on the desk
    [IMG]
    :)

    The hardware i installed:
    Athlon 64 3200+ @ 4100+ (S939, Winchester)
MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum (Bios V1.36 Mod by Bitpower)
    512MB DDR 400 CL2.5 TwinMOS @ 212MHZ
    MSI NX6800GT-TD256 @ 400/1150MHZ (can do more, but i won't overdo it ;) )
    200GB Maxtor S-ATA
    Yamaha CRW F1E
    Toshiba 4x DVD-R/RW
    Enermax 431W

I don't let the components run overclocked all time, since they are fast enough at normal speed and since they produce less heat on normal speed *gg*

CPU runs passive @ 3200+ i just turn the fans on when i'm overclocking :)
I got the newst revision of the MSI card with full copper cooler and fan controler, which i set to minimum, so you don't hear the fan and it runs fine :)
The chipset cooler of the MSI mobo is slowed down by speedfan, you don't hear it too.
The only thing you can hear is my psu... :waah: i need to buy a really silent one ^^

And yes, i know the drives are still white, and they stay white... i hate painting drives... :eyebrow:

And now, please gimme some reply :thumb:

Sorry to say this dude, but the MSI casebadge on the front of your case isn't straight ;) Doesnt matter though, because this is one sweet case!!

    Yes, It's a Samsung SyncMaster 710T or 701t... i dunno exactly...

I already said to SMOVE that he should paint the drives or better put some UV green plexiglass in front of it...

    @ all
    Thanks for the comments :thumb:

I'll see what i can do with the drives... but i won't paint them, maybe i'll just buy a black CRWF1 and a black Toshiba DVD rom at ebay and change the cover of the drives

    @ Walker
It's a Samsung Syncmaster 701T (17") and it really rocks, no pixel failures, DVI-D input, 100% usable for games :thumb:

Why not just paint them it isnt that hard. I mean hey it is your choice but why spend all that extra money to buy new drives and strip them. Just my thoughts

So much hardwork & the drives stay white? :eeek: ?

By some drive covers and stealth them...or buy those nice Lian Li stealth srives with the little flip down door.

Nice work though, I havea similar idea with the res on the top of my system.

    Update on watercooling:
I got a Innovatek Cool-Matic NV40 for testing and i think it looks really cool:

    Temps are:
CPU 54°C (full load, no fans, clock: 2300MHZ)
GPU 54°C (full load, no fans, clock: normal)

And for sure overclocking the GPU is a lot better with the new cooling ;)
    CPU @ 2,5GHZ, 6800GT: 410/1150
    5556 points @ 3d mark 2005 :)

I think you should paint or stealth those cd-covers they are looking like they don't belong there ;)

Looks pretty good, but I'd seriously lose the cable ties and sleeve those cables. Cable ties look good only when used where you can't see them... IMHO
