I could really use everyone's help here. I've been trying to work on this for a long time. I am trying to rebuild a simple circuit board that has a bad component in it somewhere. It is a speed controller for a 120vac uh, um, fan, yea, that's it, a fan (actually it is a commercial food mixer, I know, I know this is a COMPUTER hardware forum, not a restaurant equipment forum - but this is the only place I was familiar with that had electronics experts.... Comments with the pictures. I can ID the resistors, no problem. 1. I can ID the capacitors, but can't find where to purchase them to match exactly. See below for my attempts to id and find matches. 2. I can't ID the diode - what are its specs? 3. I can't ID the black component - labeled as a "TR"? I need to purchase matching components.
