Okay guys, I have a question. Is there any way to change your CPU FSB without using the BIOS? I'm planning to upgrade the CPU in my Presario 700 laptop from a mobile Athlon 4 to an Athlon XP-M, but the laptop's CPU FSB is set at 100 MHz. The chipset is VIA KN133, which supports a 133 Mhz FSB, but as always is the case with Compaq, the BIOS has no way of changing it. Thanks!

Read up, you can probably wire trick the cpu to run at 133 fsb, maybe even get the mutli sorted as well.... Not 100% sure if its possible though have a google and see :)

You can download this program clicking here and other overclocking tools are here
Anyway I prefer to o/c via BIOS not on the fly.
