    Ok i need some help.

I want to change my power led color. when i changed to red leds it worked perfectly. but my real goal is to have blue ones. unfortunately the blue led won't light up at all. the reason for this is that the blue led has a higher voltage than the red. How to i make my blue led work??

    thx,
    Chuckles

I had the same problem. When I blooooo'd the HDD LED it worked just fine but like you, the power LED wouldn't work ( the open circuit voltage was only 2.5v). I could've built an opto-isolater crcuit but since that would have required a 5v from a molex connecter, I just cheated and connected the LED (+ a 100ohm resister) to the molex directly :)

Might not be the same problem but:

My blue power LED wasn't as bright as the HDD one (and they where the same type LED's) so I figured the V+ from the power LED header wasn't as much as that of the HDD. I solved this by plugging the LED into the TURBO LED header, and this did the trick.
