I am looking at getting one of these to use as a router:

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=160295171452&ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:GB:1123

Problem is that it's ITX, and all ITX cases seem to be a total rip-off.

I could get an ATX case for £10 and use that (they usually have mountings for ITX) but apart from the difficulty of safely mounting the PSU which is open frame, it's a bit like buying an SUV just to do the school run. Oh, wait... ;)

Does anyone know of any cases available in the UK for less than £25? I don't even need a PSU as it comes with one.

That is not ITX. ITX is 17mm x 17mm, that is 22mm x 19mm and looks proprietary.

Not what you asked (twice the outlay as the board and case) for but this might be of interest . We use these at work and have a geode cpu (I think 400mhz and 512MB) and run xp although slowly.

I finally found a thin client on eBay for a tenner. 300MHz Geode and a PCI slot for a second NIC. PSU built in. Perfect for use as a router.
