can someone explain to me HOW THIS IS CHEAPER ???

really you can get a full molex kit which has like 30 feet of material for like 8 bucks. Or you can buy sleeving for like 30 cents a a foot

Well, with the sleeving kit, you MUST take out the molex etc. I don't think that is safe, so i didn't do that. And it takes more time than this. And this is just cheaper...

@dubya01, and one of the ugliest sleeving :hehe: ..

I love duct tape sleeving. I used it to round my ide's in a case without a window to help with the airflow.

Yeah, duct tape works well. I guess sometimes the simplest changes are the best.

Yeah that could be a problem, maybe wrap the cables in something first. Could be tricky however.

wow your circular reasoning is impressive

Look it looksd decent, but if you have the time regular sleeving is the cheapest way to go.

Once I tried this kind o of sleeving but the tube was really unfelxible. It stood like a wooden stick and I removed it. It was looking good but it stood only in straight line ;)

Priced some flex tube at the local hardware store, ACE/Westlakes/Lowes/Home Depot, and they all had a wall of spools that ranged in sizes, thickness and ran from $0.10 to $2.25 a ft. length. None of them specified UV reactiveness, but I borrowed a Black light from a few isles over, and 2-3 of them did react, like a transluecent blue.

But of course there are. I was hoping I could make it look identical to my actual water tubes. Chances are that if I cut off the metal ends and recrimped after shoving the wire through I could have just done it, but some three-over-three sleeving covered it just as well.
