hello i have begun work on my front pannel of my chieftek dragon, i have removed the botton vent slats and also removed the middle of the door. I was woundering how would i get the measurements of the door onto the plexi glass and then how would i meanure the radius of the top of the door to cut the glass to go in.

Also where can i get some fine mesh to go in the bottom section,
    Cheers

I used the pannel which usually goes in top door, the bit with the badge on Im guessing you also cut out, as a template for the curve... and just measured the width of the window top/bottom to complete the rectangle.

    B&Q for mesh.

is there anywhere online that i could get a small bit of plexit about 2ft by 2ft and about the same amount of mesh becuase we dont have a B&Q near me so online ordering would be much better.
    Cheers

Im sorting out some net problems atm, but I can send you the template I'll be using to cut the same windows bit of acrylic once Ive drawn it out in a couple of days. How about that? :)

Will scan at 100% will just need to be printed.

Give me a buzz on copigeon@blueyonder.co.uk and I'll email it asap.
