    Imagine being confronted with £2billion worth of storage media.

    Better yet, (does high and mighty Judge voice) the punshment is £2billion in files! (Filing cabinets fall from the ceiling, crushing the convicted.)

    I bet it would be a stronger deterrent than monetary fines.

    But the change doesn't seem to have made it to the live site. I swear it's not my cache.

    Happens sometimes - the CMS doesn't record the change. Should be fixed now, when the site cache refreshes.
