im going to setup a small home network but i dunno which router to choose. I dont wanna spend more then a hundred on a router.

I was looking around newegg.com and found acouple routers that interest me.

Get the linksys, after taking mine apart I found the quality it is manufactured with is insaine.

There is two layers of sheilding in them, while most people (Dlink) don't use any sheilding at all.

I have been using to for three months straight, downloading from Kazaa 8 hours a day. Absoluty zero problems, my latency in video games is 30-40ms.

    Ditto.

Been using my Linksys Router BEFSR41 for two years now. Have had to manually reset it three times...and then it only required me to unplug the power and plug it back in.

Got the Netgear FR114P - Sweeet on W/dsl and its got a printer port on it too, so I can print to it and not have to have the server switched on like i used too.
