Today I started stocking the shelves at the Snyders I work at (drug/convienence type store) with Christmas stuff, and was appaled as I was doing it :/. Even had spray-snow, Christmas lights, Christmas candy. Absolutely rediculous, imo.
Apart from the ever-present 'book now for christmas' signs outside pubs, I haven't really seen anything (mind you, I haven't really been looking...) - H.
Over the past two weeks Keydell Nurseries in Horndean (Portsmouth) have been changing over the summer goods for christmas stock. Thing is, ITS SELLING ALREADY!
It gets sooner every year. There is a store were I live that sells entirely Christmas decorations all year round and they are never empty of people. Also, this thread reminded me of this:
i saw halloween stuff and a few christmas things the otherday, and got a 'royal mail' we need christmas employees, to keep up with the sending of pointless cards.
