Ok - I'm a big Chuck fan. But I'm guessing a great deal of bit-techers are as well.

However, the last episode (as title) shown in the UK on tuesday on Virgin 1 was in 3D - and I don't have any 3D glasses... And to be honest, I'm not convinced by 3D TV anyway. It's all 'Ooooo duck we're throwing things at you!' gimickery.

Does anyone know if this will be repeated in 2D, or is available anywhere as a 2D version? Watching blur-o-vision really doesn't do my eyes any favours! :geek::D

I've watched it in 3D, as the Sky box recorded it on it's series link. It's just very distracting all the blue / yellow shaddowing and what looks like unfocussed scenes when the 3D kicks in. It also looks really washed out.

I'd just like to watch it again in 2D without the 3D distractions, so I can focus on the other distractions on the screen... Hello, Sarah. ;)

but the 3D might actually bring some, er, improvements, in the sarah department, what with stuff 'popping' out of the screen right at you and all...

it did just that, what do you think that Sarah bit at the beginning was all about, 3D worked fine, still had issues with 3d depth of some objects versus others though and it was a pretty poor episode truth be told.

Would much rather have not used the funky glasses, surely these days 3D should be done in Steroescopic (think thats what its callled, use glasses but not the two tone type and needs good screen) rather than analgylphic?

Maybe I'm just immune to 3D effects... I wasn't that impressed with the 3D version of Monsters vs Aliens at the cinema, either.

It only works with the glasses, you say above that you don't have any glasses, so how can you have watched it in 3D

With glasses you don't see shadowing and all the colours look fine, apart for the oddness that watching TV through 2 different coloured lens brings.

When I say I've watched it in 3D, I mean I've watched the episode without glasses. Hence my comment about the bluriness.

When I say 3D doesn't work for me, I mean that it hasn't in the past when I have seen 3D stuff that uses red / blue glasses.

The Polarized lens system the use at the cinema works better for me...
