Is the Battlefield 1 review going up today?

 

Great review, and I completely agree. I spent hours and hours playing it yesterday evening (and into the early hours of the morning) and can't wait to get home and carry on my campaign against the damn French (coincidence?)

Best Civ title to date, IMO.

 

Haha, I got in a fuss with the french because I found my friend on Turn 6, stole a barbarian encampment he'd been working on and he declared war on me.

Don't trust france.

 

I'm itching to buy this. A couple of other games to finish first otherwise I'll never do them.

 

I've played 50 hours since I got the game on Friday. Now I need to get back to Work, and by Work, I mean Titanfall 2.

This is sums it up perfectly:

 

The AI takes copious quantities of crystal meth and as the game progresses it get pretty long between turns.
I personally think it's a poor effort. 70 GBP for this POS.
Reviewers are all having a circlejerk but I really don't agree.
I'd uninstall it but i have loads of storage space.

Lots of good ideas to it but it's my least favourite Civ yet and i eventually gave up on 5 and went back to 4.
I'd rather play 5 than this.
I think Sid Meier should at least check in on games he puts his name to.
