Clan tags?

    hey guys, how do i remove this clan tag from my name? when i join other servers it keeps coming up, and it changes all the time...

    it's in options > multiplayer > somewhere.

    There is a bug with players adopting others' tags apparently :/

    We think it's the last guy to leave the server with a tag, the people coming into the server get that tag (not grammatically correct but you get my drift)

    yeah it was really wierd, on one server i joined, took a clan tag, and then quit and rejoined with another... then i realised "cl_clanid 0" removes the tag... think that's client side only tho or does other players see it gone too?

    I've seen people with clan tags that aren't in the clan so it must be a server side issue.

    You're all welcome to take my clan tag, as it doesn't happen to you if you already have a tag.

    Then we can set about taking over the world, an army of tuned gamers....
