I want to flush out all of the dye and water wetter that lines my WC setup, whats the best thing to pump through it? (it'll probably be in a bucket or the bath at the time).

I'm not sure that you can. Personally I'd just replace the tubing.

I'm planning to, but I want to clean the rad, pump+block aswell, so I can change from green to blue/no dye. I read something somewhere about limescale removers but wanted to double check.

ANy staining inside the rad or pump wouldn't necessarily transfer any colouring to your new coolant, so if you cant see it, don't worry about it.

As for pipes, as Nexxo said, just bin them and replace them.

Now.. here's a thing: I used to use Danger Den tubing, and that stained horribly, but ever since using Tygon, there's no trace of staining of them after almost 6 months use. I'm using the same dye as well.

Red dye seems the worst for staining, while revealing blue seems the kindest.. probbaly because you only need a few drops per litre.

Tygon hose seems MUCH better at resisting stains though.
