Personally having used Samsung Disc Migration this week I had no problems cloning my Windows/Apps etc from one drive to a new SSD. Like Seagate this only works on Samsung SSD's. It will clone from any C drive to Samsung SSD. I swapped the drives and everything booted fine. Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 is what it is designed to clone. From what I remember disk partitions can be a pain to clone correctly.
