Hi, this probably sounds really stupid, but I'm stuck when it comes to buying clothes! I'm not an obsessed shopper but I find it really hard finding decent clothes to buy. All I can seem to find is blummin skater stuff, which is okay, but not what I'm looking for! I was wandering if anyone knows any decent online places that sell modern clothing (ie this sort of stuff, really anything you'd consider modern!) that's not going to break my paper-round fuelled bank account. Thanks in advance, and sorry if this isn't considered general discussion!

PlainLazy kinda totes thier own name on the clothing, which is a DOWN. What is your price range pre item of clothing (IE: $25/shirt;$40/pants,jeans) Do you like Jeans, or just pants? Whats your style? You dont give people much to work off :)

Sorry about that! I'm really after tops (double sleeves, t-shirts, jumpers if there are any nice ones!), preferebly not over £25. I wouldn't mind trousers but I can get jeans easily anyway, I'm mainly after some decent online retailers :)

    Burtons?

Can't really comment because I only have either black Marks and Spencer vests or band t-shirts that are a size too small that I buy from gigs. I'm THAT scene.

buy some plain tees, long sleeves and short. long on bottom, short on top; looks cool. That Im sure you can find at any old place. Your in UK so I cant say much about where to buy, if you were US I would reccomend an Old Navy, the jeans are decent, and cheap. Thats all I can really say, sorries.

Wouldn' it be easier to just go round the shops, until you see something you like, they even let you try them on for size.

Shut down your computer, get up, walk around, you will find a door that leads to the outside world, don't be afraid, go true the door, .. go find a shot, and get some clothes.

why must some people buy everything online, i just don't get it.

sorry for my small rant, i just don't get it...

On a side note, anyone know where I can get cheap(ish) T-shirts with geeky things like "Owned" and "C:\Dos\Run" in the UK?

Cant seem to find anywhere and all major shops dont do that sort of thing.

Thanks for the help so far...the only reason I'm asking for online places it that here in sunny bournemouth we're short of anywhere to get decent clothes imo...basically I've bought from Next, Asda (go on, laugh!) and was forced into just add water the other day. I can't seem to fine anywhere that does clothes I really like and the internet usually does everything. I'm not a sad computer-obsessed e-buyer, I'm a 16yo with not enough time for shopping!

    TK Maxx?

Cheap, decent stuff at times...You have to keep visiting though to make sure you don't miss anything.

Hahaha - just checked that link - I was looking at PlainLazy tops in TK Maxx earlier.

I'm a big fan of Marshall Artist but they're a bit more pricey than what you're looking at.

Check out H&M too for cheapness.
