I'm starting a new build with a Cosmos 2. I wanted this one to be different that the others out there so I figured I would try a BIG window. :) Not to sure whats gonna go in it yet as far as hardware but we will see. First lets get the case modded then we can worry about some hardware.

    Specs-
    Cosmos 2
    CoolerMaster Silent Pro 1050watt
    Coolermaster Excalibur fans
    ?????

Ok so here's some pics. I started by tearing down the case and the door.....
    [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

little tool i made to remove the alum from plastic
    [IMG][IMG]

can't seem to find my original pic but since I've done one of these cases already I used my previous pic to show plastic
    [IMG]

So here's where it gets fun.... :) Here I cut away most of the plastice for a big window...

Then I start layout for my design on the alum of the door...

I used the vent from the door as a template...
    [IMG][IMG]

Then I attemp to route out 1/8inch for my window to sit in....
    [IMG][IMG][IMG]

    Here's a rough outer door
    [IMG]

Thats it for now. thanks for looking... :)

Yeah, but nobody wants to do that for each picture. :D
What you have to do is get the image URL, post in advanced mode:
Click the little image of the mountains, and when the box comes up saying paste the URL of your image, do so, like this:

Thanks for the heads up. This is how it's formatted on my site so I'm just copying from there. I'm trying to get a different photo gallery for there and then I won't have small pics.

I like the really big window you did there. How is the strength of the door now?

The strength is good because I Guerrilla glued the acrylic inside the door. That gave the door the rigidness it needs.
