Hi guys, i've just had a random thought Whats everyones Favourite COD4 Weapon/Perk setup? just outta' curiosity Mines The Saw LMG with Perk 1: Bandolier Perk 2: Double Tap (fires 2x as fast ) Perk 3: Steady Aim oh and if anyone wants a match my tag is M0ng00se132 (XB360) those are zeros not o's
I'm using a sniper a lot these days and use Claymores (find a good sniper spot and defend entrances with them) Iron Lungs (obvious reason) and ... whatever the perk is that makes bullets do more damage as sniper suck without it. I've been getting alright scores against the high ranking sprayer types.
what sniper? my personal choice for sniping is the M21 'noobsniper' (the assault rifle, cant remember the name) with an acog scope unbeatable
I use the basic sniper at the moment as Im completing the challenges, but yeah I prefer the M21 but hate the ACOG Scope.
seriosly?! sure its absolutely useless for short and extremely long distances but at mid-long range its brilliant
I had the ACOG on the M4 and had to switch back to the red dot. On assualt rifles and such I have the red dot sight as it's so much better, I never bother with silencers (apart from pistols) and occasionally I will use the grenade launcher. for the LMG, at the moment I am doing doing the SAW challenges so use that with the handle for steadier aim and also use stopping power and deeper impact just for that extra summin! the two main weapons I use are the SAW and the M4A01 (the sniper)
MP5 with red dot golden deagle 3x frags stopping power (get a kill with only shooting like 5 shots so dont need to reload) martyrdom or the m60 with grip golden deagle 3x frags stopping power deep impact a question? why do you need bandolier with a LMG? they come with HUGE magazines and lots of extra bullets? when i use M60 i reload at the most twice in a whole match. ive found it does not work good at all to just go full auto. unless youre at point blank. cuz even if your aiming right at them down the sights somehow when going full auto your shots miss. its weird. but aiming the same way and just tapping it really fast you hit them and they die fast. i like the 50 cal sniper the bestof the snipers. i used to like the M4 but not anymore. the semi auto shotgun with sleight of hand is good. i HATE the acog. BTW ya gotta play Oldcore if you havent. its so much fun!!!!!
Small maps: Bandolier, Double damage, martyr. Medium-Large maps: Bandolier, extra frags, extra sprint. Sniping: Iron lungs, extra damage, radar hidey one. Fav. weapon setup: silenced G36 + silenced MP5.
i choose the badolier because the SAW fires rediculously fast anyway, and with the double tap 200 rounds don't last very long at all
Allways take slight of hand and Matyrdom or however its spelt. When I'm using the Barrat .50 however, I whip on Overkill and Matyrdom and then use a silenced M14 aswell.
i know it fire fast but how do you actually get kills when goin full auto? its incredibly innaccurate when full auto. ur not doin very long distance i guess. i just use the grip and aim down the sights and tap it fast. super accurate and with overkill i can kill a guy within 3 shots at the most. yesterday i figured i would just try the acog on the m60. some say it is so great an although i hated it i figured id try it. maybe itd work good on the m60. nope!! i tried it for a few minutes. out of the 30+ shots i shot i hit someone twice. that thing sucks! the person could be standing still and it wouldnt let me hit them. i cant figure out how it is good when you cant even hit the person. it supposedly adds range. hmm. i guess its for those who have bad eyesight and cant hit someone far away with iron sights or the red dot. i dunno. i see absolutely no advantage to it. maybe the patch will fix it though as it is supposed to fix some hit detection on 360 and ps3.
haha best reply ever ... Didn't play for a few weeks but I used very often P90, bandolier, extra nades/Stopping Power, steady aim/martyr/last man standing/deep penetration (or whatever it is).
What about a bit of compression too? Granted the performance of LZW isn't great (alright, it's terrible) for very short strings, but with a 2 character table I managed to produce a compression that is only slightly larger than the original data. compressed string: abcdefghichijklmncoplqrscopimcdefghicqjkct code table: a:49 b:66 c:20 d:79 e:6f f:75 g:27 h:72 i:65 j:61 k:64 l:69 m:6e n:67 o:74 p:68 q:73 r:0d s:0a t:3d I was going to convert it to base 35 and use 0-9A-Z as the characters, but I really should be working. I would have to say, my all around favourite combo (using the overkill perk) is: -Silenced P90 + M95, frag and smoke- But in all seriousness, what I find to be the most lethal weapon in the entire game is the knife. Overkill and use two saws, means u over 600 rounds before reload, oh and slight of hand for fast reload
