Windows Codec problems (Xvid)

    Mods, move this at will, i wasnt sure where to put this. sorry

    Im having problems with the Xvid codec with winamp. For some reason the colors are all screwy. Its like the hue is messed up. It doesnt happen in windows media player, but i dont wanna use that cause i cant do full screen with it for some odd reason. Can someone help? I heard it has something to do with directX but i havent found anything usefull that will fix the problem.

    go to www.doom9.org and try one of their filters.

    If that does not work, just read around in their forums.

    search google for "ffdshow".

    Also, dont use winamp, its ****e. Get something like BS player.
