Thumbs up dude
You did a very nice job designing and building this case. I'm also wondering how the blazes did you make that etching with a friggen angle grinder, that's crazy, good job.
I too want to know how you did all that etching with an angle grinder. But truly amazing work you've done there. Too bad you ran out of cash to add a wc kit, but like someone else said, surely you could get someone to sponsor you.
ORAC3 like, you could probably ebay that piece for around 1500 bucks
I like the mod a lot. It really shows what can be done with a creative mind and some lazer cutting. I have a few opinions about the mod and lazer cutting in general but I think I will keep those to myself at this time. On the other hand, great job here. Truly unique.
Haha, that's a bit of a foul-up in the worklog actually . Of course you can't make such an etching with an angle grinder. But somehow I think you guys already figured that one out. Thanks for all the nice comments And BTW, I've taken this this beast to a LAN-party once, not recommended at all (it weighs 38kg!)...
Congratulations on getting the front page on Bit-Tech Sleepstreamer
Marvellous mod, and lovely to see on the front page too. I never get time to read all the logs so stuff like this is a real treat
Maybe you should change those feets to some wheels
The transformation from what he started with and the end product is atstonishing, great work.
It's cool how you can change the outlook of a case via just covering it with pre-cut stainles steel panels. Tho it looks pretty neat I'm worried about the acryl on the front :|
Damm thats really got to rip your undies. Very nice thou
another mod for my best mods of all time list....
Extremely good for his very first case mod! The mix of stainless steel laser cuts and acrylic really worked well for him!
Love that dark shot, all around great work!! I know what you mean by price, I priced a mod out once and the STARTING cost was around $3500. That doesnt include all the stuff one ends up getting during the mod.
wow i would so buy one but since its home made I cant afford it since the price would be more than my car LOL. Good job nice!
wow man really amazing work .
