    AMD Athlon 64 X2 7750 BE
    2(1x1)gb DDR 800
    WD 250gb
    ATI Radeon 3870

    Not seeing the need for 500gb...

    I'm thinking the above looks good, but without the 3870 - the onboard graphics should be good enough.

    In that case wouldn't you prefer something that requires plenty of tech support, thereby requiring plenty of "payment"?

    i think that the onboard graphics on that 780G motherboard comes really close to the 3870.

    4 gb is still the way to go though, the performance jump is definitely worth the extra price
