I gotta know what the red plexi number is and where you got it.. :worried: I may be working on a red build that needs frosted red, and I've been burned buying the stuff based on example pics.
The back looks hot, I guess it's hard to spice up an old rig that hast to be 'stock'.

Thanks guys, I am rteally happy too how its turning out. Its actually quite emotional for me. I have been casemodding quite some time now and I keep thinking, I am 52 in december and a larger part of my life is the past 40 years. How many people have stared into this screen. How many people have been working in front of this machine, that it brought joy and aggravation, sorrow and enthusiasm and who knows what else. If this machine could talk, it woul have a 40 year lifespann to talk about. This is history and an honour to be able to modify and give a new life.
And to think now, that this is officially the fastest Commodore CBM 2032 ever to exist in the last 40 years. And I built it. Makes me proud.
Now that its my property, it will never just land as apile of junk on ebay again. I goes into my collection of over 50 selfmade casemods and will tour the world with me. Yes this is indeed, in a different way than my self made ones like Spartacus or Ragnars Revenge, a very emotional build.
More of the last minute touches tonight. then after that the final pics. Oh no on second thought, It needs an old mouse too. :)

Commodore CBM 2032 Originally, now its a CRE8ODORE CKN 2019
so guys, here are the last pics, then i will post the finals ones high gloss and a video will be ready by the weekend just before.
WOLFENSTEIN YOUNGBLOOD is released. Yes now I can reveal it. This was built in honor of the first Wolfenstein games that hit the stores in 1981. Thats why Nvidia, Bethesda and I decided to build this in an 80s Style.
Of course I gave it my own touch. But this Commodore case was made in 1979 till 1982. Went from CBM 2000 to 3000 and was a real success back in the day. I kepy all the old caution stickers and just stick them on as a last act before taking it for the final pics. :) DSCN1385.JPG DSCN1386.JPG DSCN1388.JPG DSCN1392.JPG DSCN1393.JPG DSCN1394.JPG DSCN1398.JPG DSCN1402.JPG DSCN1404.JPG DSCN1407.JPG

    here is something from Wikipedia

Video: discrete TTL video circuit, 9" monochrome monitor (white phosphor on the original 2001, green on 2001-N PETs), 40×25 character display
Sound: none / single piezo "beeper" (optional external speaker driven by MOS 6522 CB2 pin)

That is a clean as hell build. It's so dang crisp. I love a retro mod, and I love a sleeper. This is both on steroids. Excellent work!

I had the 'portable' 64, with the 4" screen. I would have killed for that screen.
It came out absolutely perfect... 'Cept for you painting that beautiful red backplate. I understand it clashed with the green color scheme, but it hurt.

yeah sorry cheap. but i only took red because i was ouit black. anyway, how would it have looked in red, very oddly misfitting. i even put the gpu in the back so as not to ruin the themes first glance impression in the front.

NOW I CAN TELL YOU. THIS IF FOR WOLFENSTEIN. YOUNGBLOOD.
In 1981 the first Wolfenstein was released. To commemorate that 80s version I remade the Commodore CBM 2032 into a CRE8ODORE CKN 2019.
Thanks to NVIDIA and BETHESDA for the chance to build his.

This is officially the fastest CBM Commodore on the planet, ever, since its relase in 1979.
So forty years on its powered by dream hardware and runs Wolfenstein Youngblood. To be seen at many events and of course the upcoming Gamescom in August 2019.
Video is coming straight after the release on July 26th 2019.
