With the current amount of snow we have in the UK, has anyone else thought that clearing footpaths and public areas should be cleared with a shovel by those who are on community service? If not, do you think its a good idea? after all, it is a service to the community...
Already done, it was on the news i think it was low security (worker?) prisoners were clearing a high street or something here in the UK. And yes i think it's a brilliant idea .
