    Thats an awesome looking res!

Have you tested the res with a pump?

Just a bit worried about air bubbles passing directly between ports, and maby even a vortex being created.

i may be totally wrong, and i hope i am, but just thought it was worth a test before you get it all in the have to rip it out an modify it again!

im also very intrerested to see how well those fans work - but your totally right your doing something different and thats what counts :D

    Mod on!

What I will have to fight for one sure thing is DUST! Aaarrgghhh, lol!

When I order the pump I'll do jus that, I'll test the design out! I dont see why it would fail, A res. to me is really only there so you can fill up your system and keep your system at a safe fluid level. Other than that, to me the Res. is pointless, gotta play by the rules of Modding and science and put one in.:thumb:

I just cut a hole in a sheet of mild steel for a 240 rad, and felt very proud of myself... kinda makes my effort pale into insignificants lol..

Well to me the res is all of the above, minus pointless, but also helps loads to pull the bubbles out when first filling.

Im not at all saying tis going to fail! its just how well it keeps bubbles from passing :thumb:

I agree with you! Have you ever been in the design stage of a build and your like "wow I got this great design and idea, NOW where the heck do I put the Resvior!" For me, this is how I kinda of feel with this build. My last case "Triphane", which you can check out on IntelCoreChallenge's website, was design'd around a Res.

Nice n Flat after all the welding here so far!

Keepin the lines tight as possible. Welding wants to make the metal warp.
